It is time for a Quinoa Breakfast Bowl again!
Sundays are for fancy breakfast bowls. Even though during this quarantine everyday feels like the weekend because we have to stay home. I do like to make the Sundays a little more special to still create some sort of routine.

Ingredients:
- 80 grams of uncooked quinoa
- 1/2 to 1 cup of a plant based milk
- 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries
- 3 strawberries
- 1/2 a banana
Directions:
Start by cooking the quinoa according to the back of your package of quinoa. When the quinoa is fluffy and done, put the quinoa in a strainer and rinse with cold water. Add the cold quinoa to a bowl and add the plant based milk.
Chop the strawberries and banana into pieces and add on one side of the quinoa mixture. In a container or bowl place the frozen raspberries and heat them up in the microwave until they have gotten soft and have created a sauce.
Pour the sauce on top of the quinoa on the side where you haven’t added the banana and strawberry topping and it is ready to eat!
